Garbh Samvad is an ancient science of nurturing a baby before it is even born, while still in the womb.

Garbh means unborn child and Samvad mean to educate so Garbh Sanskar is a procedure that educates couples to get healthy, brilliant, beautiful, cultured, and heredity disease-free genius baby.

As per the ritual aspect, Garbhsanskar means to perform Sanskar (ritual) on couples like Garbhadhan Sanskar, Pusavan Sanskar and Simntonayan Sanskar to get virtuous progeny.

Traditionally, spiritually it is believed that a baby starts learning right from the womb. Science has also proved that babies can learn from the initial stages. we know the famous stories of Abhimanyu in Mahabharat, Balbhakt Prahalad, Shivaji, etc. are good examples of Garbh Samvad Baby listening to the mother feelings, emotions thus positive thinking and attitude help in better development of baby The advantages of Garbh Samvad are not only we educate our child but there is the development of the bond between the mother and the child. Preconceptional Aspect (Beej shuddhi)

If couples want to get the best progeny, Garbh Samvad starts from before conception. It is called Beej Shuddhi it is done to overcome any defect in the ovum and semen and to purify the body (womb)by panchakarma and medication.

Panchkarma is a cleaning procedure of the body at the cellular level where increased dosha of the body is removed and the body is made for conception. It is just like a farmer to harvest the best quality of crop he has to take good Beej and prepare proper soil for seeding a Beej. Without this preparation hoe could a plant or herb will survive for a long time and give the best fruits. Like this, as important in the farming same manner this as much or more important in conceiving. Not only cleaning of body or detoxification of body but it also includes the mental and physical strength of body, to increase mentally and physically strength Pranayam, Meditation, Special Aahar- Vihar ( changes in lifestyle), behavior, mantra Jaap and positive thinking play very vital role.

1 Masanumasik Aahar :-

Pregnant women need a special diet during this special time. First of all pregnant women should have maximum use of cow milk and its preparation. Garbh Sanskar suggests for each month a special diet as per organ development, common complaints, and specific body needs.

2 Yog and Pranayam:-

Yog provides holistic health benefits for being a mother. During pregnancy, the body goes through many changes, which creates stress on the mother mentally and physically yoga helps to maintain a healthy mind and body. it increases the strength and flexibility of muscles. Yog and pranayam train mothers to breathe deeply and relax consciously, helping the mother face the demand of labor and childbirth. It helps to reduce common pregnancy complaints such as morning sickness, leg cramps, swollen ankles, and constipation.

3 Meditation with Garbhsamvad:-

Garbhsamvad is a unique technique of Garbh Sanskar where the mother is deeply connected and communicates with the unborn baby. In Garbhsamvad positive emotions are passed through the mother and try to create an impression in the form of good teaching at the subconscious mind of the baby.
